Roger Williams is a Republican U.S. Representative serving Texas's 25th Congressional District. He was first elected in 2012 and has served since January 3, 2013, and is the incumbent seeking reelection in November 2026. 124

Williams was raised in Fort Worth, Texas, attending Arlington Heights High School (1967), and earned a B.A. from Texas Christian University in 1972. He was drafted by the Atlanta Braves organization and worked as a professional athlete (1971–1973) and baseball coach, including as a coach at TCU (1974–1976). He later became a small-business owner and owner of Roger Williams Car Dealerships. 2317

Before his congressional career, Williams served as Texas Secretary of State, appointed in 2005 and serving through approximately 2007. 12

Williams lives in Weatherford, Texas, and represents a district covering parts of Central Texas. He has been reelected multiple times since first winning his seat in 2012. 146
