Ralph Groves is the Libertarian Party candidate for Florida's 11th Congressional District in the November 3, 2026 general election, listed as a qualified "LPF" candidate by the Florida Division of Elections. 1211 He resides in Ocoee, Florida and has been retired since 2018, with civic involvement including the Libertarian Party of Orange County, where he served as chairman, and the City of Ocoee Advisory Board. 12
