Paul A. Gosar (born 1958) is a Republican U.S. Representative from Arizona who entered Congress in 2011 with no prior political experience, according to his official House biography. He holds a B.S. (1981) and a D.D.S. (1985) from Creighton University, and practiced dentistry in Flagstaff, Arizona for approximately 25 years before his first election. [Sources 5, 6, 7]
