Pat Ryan is the U.S. Representative for New York's 18th Congressional District, serving since 2023 after winning a special election in 2022. He is a fifth-generation Hudson Valley native who grew up in Kingston, New York, and currently lives in Gardiner. 12)5

Before entering Congress, Ryan served as Ulster County Executive from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, he served in the U.S. Army from 2004 to 2009, completing two tours in Iraq, and later founded a technology company after leaving military service. 145
