Pat Harrigan is the Republican U.S. Representative for North Carolina's 10th Congressional District, having been elected in 2024 and taken office in January 2025. 29

Harrigan is a West Point graduate with a degree in nuclear engineering and a former Army officer and Green Beret who served in Afghanistan. 2 After his military career, he and his wife started a firearms and defense products manufacturing business in North Carolina. 25
