Mike Beltran is a Republican attorney from Riverview (Southeast Hillsborough County), Florida, who grew up in Brooklyn, New York. He earned a B.A. magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 2005 and a J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2008, and previously clerked for a federal district judge before building a practice representing individuals and small businesses. 124
