Kevin Mullin is the U.S. Representative for California's 15th Congressional District, having been elected in 2022 and serving in the House from 2023 to the present. 11 He is a San Mateo County native, born in Daly City and raised in South San Francisco. 310

Before his congressional service, Mullin held several elected offices: South San Francisco City Council (2007–2012), Mayor of South San Francisco (2011), and California State Assembly (2012–2022). 3 Prior to elected office, he owned KM2 Communications, a South San Francisco communications and video-production business, and served as an aide to then-state legislator Jackie Speier. 310

Mullin was educated at Junipero Serra High School in San Mateo, the University of San Francisco, and earned a master's degree from San Francisco State University; he also studied leadership at Harvard Kennedy School. 3 He is running for reelection in 2026 and is listed by the Federal Election Commission as the incumbent candidate for California House District 15. 9
