Ethan D. Baker is the Republican candidate for Michigan's 11th Congressional District in the November 2026 election, running for the open seat vacated when Rep. Haley Stevens entered the U.S. Senate race. 5610 He has served as Mayor of Troy, Michigan since 2019, having first been elected to the Troy City Council in 2015 and re-elected mayor in 2023. He is also a practicing attorney in Troy, focusing on elder law, estate planning, business law, and real estate, and serves as chair and U.S. commissioner of the Great Lakes Fishery Commission. 1120
