Background
Caleb "With a C" Walker is a Democratic candidate for Louisiana's 3rd Congressional District in the November 3, 2026 general election. Born and raised in Franklin Parish and raised in Wisner, Louisiana, he moved to Lafayette in 2020. His campaign biography describes more than 10 years of service in the U.S. Army, reaching the rank of Sergeant First Class (E-7), including a deployment to Afghanistan.
