Anna Paulina Luna is a Republican U.S. Representative serving Florida's 13th Congressional District. Born in Santa Ana, California, she earned a Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of West Florida in 2018. Before entering politics, she served in the U.S. Air Force from 2009 to 2014 and in the Oregon Air National Guard in 2017–18, and later worked as a nonprofit executive and political commentator, including as National Director of Hispanic Engagement at Turning Point USA. 14910

Luna was first elected to Congress in 2022 and began her House service on January 3, 2023. She was reelected in 2024 and is currently serving her second term as representative for Florida's 13th District, where she resides in St. Petersburg. 14

In the House, she serves on the Foreign Affairs and Oversight and Government Reform committees and chairs the Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets. No prior elected offices are identified in her official biographies or congressional records. 14
