Abraham "Abe" Hamadeh is a Republican U.S. Representative for Arizona's 8th Congressional District, serving in the 119th Congress, which began in 2025. He was born in Chicago, Illinois, and raised in Arizona's 8th District. 14

Hamadeh earned a B.S. from Arizona State University in 2012 and a J.D. from the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona in 2016. He worked as a prosecutor in the Maricopa County Attorney's Office from 2017 to 2021 and holds the rank of captain in the U.S. Army Reserve, serving as an intelligence officer. 14

Hamadeh ran unsuccessfully for Arizona Attorney General in 2022 before winning election to Congress in 2024, representing Arizona's 8th District. He is classified as an incumbent candidate in the 2026 general election by the Federal Election Commission. 116
